Charter Schools Department

The Charter Schools Department (CSD) coordinates the programmatic and fiscal oversight for charter schools approved by the SCCOE Board of Education. The CSD also serves as a resource for Santa Clara County's charter schools, school districts, state and local agencies, parents and communities.

The charter school petitions below were approved by the County Board of Education on November 16, 2011. As part of the approval process, the County Board adopted the written findings, prepared by Counsel, on December 14, 2011.
